As a Yoga Coach she provide private yoga routines that geared towards my client needs.  Also she provide meditation guidance to reduce stress and anxiety.


She was born and raised in India where she practiced yoga and meditation most of my life with my father. She start her day with yoga and meditation which she find very beneficial to her health.

Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which aim at transforming body and mind.

Yoga fitness is more than mastering postures and increasing your flexibility and strength. Yoga originally focused on applying and understanding the world. Its focus later changed to the self. Self-enlightenment became the ultimate goal.

It was not until the sixth century B.C. that the poses and meditation became a critical element. They were implemented by Buddhist teachings.
